Work done after hours, on holidays and weekends is time and a half or $87.00 per hour. Drive time is charged for work outside the service area. and for emergency calls. Special discounts may given to customers who use TrueTech as their primary service provider and keep their account current.
Terms:
Net due within 45 days of completion of work or delivery of materials. Past due accounts may be subject to loss of any discounts, suspension of service and may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month on past due amounts. Customers with past due accounts will be responsible for any fees or costs, legal or otherwise, incurred in efforts to collect past due amounts.
Labor charges include time spent on site, time spent during fabrication and/or procurement of parts and materials and may include travel time. Emergency service at night or weekends may be assessed at 1.5 times the normal rate and may include travel time to and from the site. Emergency service during normal business hours may include travel time to and from the site.
Any billing issues must be addressed within 30 days of invoicing or shall be considered accepted for payment. Parts and materials warranty is by the manufacture. No responsibility is expressed or implied for hidden or intermittent problems or other issues not manifested at the time of service or regarding chronic problems with the design, installation or improper use or maintenance of existing equipment and past service by others.
